The SUTKOZ trade union at SSM, as the only representative trade union for communal activities, has warned several times in writing and through the media about the illegal activities of the new Acting Director of JP Vodovod and Sewerage - Skopje, Marjanche Mitovski, which were already confirmed by the inspections by the State Inspectorate. for labor IP1 no. 09-1530 of 06.10.2022 and the State Administrative Inspectorate IP1 no. 08-1142, as well as the fact that he may not manage a public company under any circumstances.
SUTKOZ and SSM together warned that the City of Skopje, the Mayor Danela Arsovska, should prevent all illegal activities of Acting Director Marjanche Mitovski, because they can mean, among other things, the significant material and financial damage to the public enterprise Vodovod and Sewerage - Skopje.
In addition to the fact that the employees are afraid and worried about their safety and health due to the information that the head of the institution where they work is a person convicted of physical assault with a knife, for which there is a final judgment and decision to serve a prison sentence, for the person Mitovski also has a report from a specialist in which it is determined that Marjance Mitovski has a diagnosis of F41.2 – Mixed anxiety and depressive disorder, and it is further stated that the person has a conflict situation at work, is tense, anxious, has bad thoughts, is in a bad mood...
In order to protect the workers, the union SUTKOZ at SSM asks you who will take responsibility, whether you, as the Mayor of Arsovska, will be responsible and take responsibility if something happens to a worker, as well as whether you will be responsible if the functioning process is disrupted of JP Waterworks and Sewerage Skopje as an enterprise of vital importance, especially if it is taken into account that this person, as acting Director, has access to the keys to the spring in Rasce from which the City of Skopje is supplied with drinking water.
The mayor appoints directors of public enterprises and the mayor dismisses directors of public enterprises and accordingly bears the overall responsibility for their actions and activities, as well as bears the responsibility for their selection and appointment.
