SUTKOZ SIGNED COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT IN PE MARKETS KUMANOVO

For the first time in the history of the existence of J.P. Pazarishta Kumanovo, on 07.08.2025, a Collective Agreement was signed at the employer level by the sole representative Trade Union SUTKOZ. Gratitude to all parties who participated in the negotiations that contributed to the signing of the Collective Agreement: the Management Team, the Board of Directors, as well as the negotiation team of the workers of J.P. Pazarishta Kumanovo.

The new Collective Agreement establishes that the salaries of the workers will be calculated with complexity coefficients in accordance with the General Collective Agreement for the Public Sector.
