The President of SSM at a session of the National Council for European Integration and the Commission for European Affairs

The National Council for European Integration and the Committee for European Affairs held a joint session.

The session was opened by the Presidents of the National Council for European Integration and the Committee for European Affairs, Venko Filipche and Antonio Milososki, and was attended by the President of the Republic, Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova; the Minister for European Affairs, Orhan Murtezani, and the Deputy President of NEI, Marija Petrushevska. The Deputy President of the Assembly, Vesna Bendevska together with some of the MPs, addressed the audience, and the President of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia (SSM), Slobodan Trendafilov, also attended the session.

The EU Ambassador, Michalis Rokas, presented the European Commission’s 2025 Report to the National Council for European Integration and the European Affairs Committee of the Parliament.

Among other things, one of the observations was that Macedonia has a situation of very low wages and a low level of investment.
