The more they attack us, the stronger we are !

A yellow union, the KSS, is being created by force, which should approve all bad policies to the detriment of workers.

In order to prevent the General Collective Agreement for the Public Sector, in order to prevent jubilee awards and K-15, in order to prevent the calculation of salaries according to the official methodology - average salary by complexity coefficient, in order to prevent the minimum wage from increasing to 500 euros and in order to prevent the increase of other salaries, first an intrusion was made into the trade union movement in Macedonia, then without social dialogue the threshold for determining the representativeness of a trade union at the national level was reduced from 10% to 5%, and now an attempt is being made by force to create a representative union, the Confederation of Free Trade Unions of Macedonia, which seals its fate as a yellow union!

Over the past 6 months, a government advisor, government officials, ministers, mayors, directors, managers, bosses, have been involved in an operation to forcefully recruit workers working in the institutions they manage, in order to form their own (party) union organizations in the party and yellow union KSS, in order to show that the workers are satisfied and the union (KSS) is obedient.

The latest attempt is, according to information, the forced convening of the Commission for Determining Representativeness on the instructions of a government advisor in order to give representativeness to KSS, to the detriment of the workers and in the interest of the Government!

Although the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia has met the required number of members of over 10% of the total number of workers for representativeness, it has not yet received the decision even after 2 months of counting, and a violent attempt is being made for a union with barely 5% to gain representativeness, which will abolish social dialogue in Macedonia as is the case in undemocratic countries!

This latest attempt shows that they are not only against unions, but also against workers!

We will soon find out who the pressure was on, who the above-mentioned officials agitated, threatened and pressured, and then?!
