EMPLOYEES FROM PARKS AND GREENERY SKOPJE, LLC FLORAKOM, LLC LUNA AND MUNICIPAL HYGIENE DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR SALARY FOR SEPTEMBER WITHIN THE LEGAL DEADLINE

At today's press conference, SUTKOZ, as the only representative union, informed the public that the employees of PE Parkovi i zelenilo Skopje, DOOEL Florakom and DOOEL Luna, as well as the employees of PE Komunalna higiena Skopje, did not receive their September salary within the legal deadline of 15.10.2025.

At the same time, the public was informed about the next steps that will be taken by SUTKOZ and the employees of these companies, and after the survey among the members, that is, if the salary is not paid by tomorrow, Friday, 17.10.2025, the strike that was put on hold by blocking the entrances to PE Parkovi i zelenilo Skopje will be activated from Monday, 20.10.2025.

As announced at the previous protests, the annual reports for 2022, 2023 and 2024 were presented, from which it is evident that the work performed by the employees and the costs related to it are not covered by the amount that citizens pay for the maintenance of public greenery in the city of Skopje, i.e. that amount is 240,000,000 denars for 2022 and the amount of the work performed is 454,000.00 denars.

SUTKOZ expects the new leadership of the city of Skopje to find a new way to finance the PE Parks and Greenery Skopje at a joint meeting after the elections, using the experiences from the region, which will be presented to SUTKOZ at the meeting.

SUTKOZ also informed about the developments in M-NAV where they have a trade union organization.

Namely, SUTKOZ also warns that a classic intrusion and pressure is being made on the union membership of M-NAV employees, and according to the documents submitted to the SUTKOZ union, the President of the Board of Directors and Director of the Air Navigation Sector, Vladimir Risteski, simultaneously serves as the president of the Independent Union of M-NAV, which is registered within the framework of the Union for Transport and Communications at KSS.

At the same time, his brother, Aleksandar Risteski, who is employed at M-NAV as a shift manager / air traffic controller, is also a union leader, i.e. president of the Independent Union of M-NAV, also registered in the same branch union at KSS.
