DIGITAL TOOLS OF FTUM FOR PROTECTION OF LABOR RIGHTS WERE PRESENTED IN OHRID

The Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia as the only representative trade union in the country and as a full member of the European Trade Union Confederation - ETUC and member of the Regional Trade Union Council SOLIDARITY, with the European Trade Union Confederation - ETUC within the project "Trade Unions for Fair Recovery: of trade unions in mitigating the impact of the COVID 19 crisis  "funded by the European Commission, Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs & Inclusion, in Ohrid organized a presentation of digital tools of FTUM in order to increase accessibility for timely, professional and preventive action in protecting and promoting workers' rights, as well as bringing the union closer to the youth. 

At the one-day meeting and training, the attendees had the opportunity to get acquainted with the possibility of free legal protection, and the legal protection provided by the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia in the past.

Together with representatives of the media, legal representatives and trade union leaders from FTUM and trade unions, representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the State Inspectorate of Labor, Workers, and Citizens, information was shared on how FTUM digital tools work - my labor rights and CINDIE -  an electronic advisor for workers 'rights, for the secrecy of the reports and the ways of protection of the workers who report a violation of the workers' rights, and a press conference was held.
