COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT SIGNED FOR EMPLOYEES IN PUBLIC SOCIAL PROTECTION INSTITUTIONS

The Collective Agreement provides for a 20% increase in salaries as well as an annual adjustment of the salaries of employees in public social protection institutions in accordance with the increase in the minimum wage.

This significant step is the result of the good social dialogue between the President of the UPOZ Trpe Deanoski Union, Minister Fatmir Limani and State Secretary Fatmir Sabriu, aimed at promoting workers' rights and strengthening the public sector.

The UPOZ Union will continue with the same commitment in the future - for decent salaries and better conditions for all members!
