FROM 4,900 TO 6,200 SALARY INCREASE IN PARKS AND GREENERY SKOPJE

Based on the request of the SUTKOZ union submitted to the Board of Directors of Parks and Greenery Skopje, the Board of Directors at the session held on 23.07.2025 accepted the request of SUTKOZ and adopted a Decision by which the General Collective Agreement for the Public Sector is applied in the new Salary Rulebook, whereby workers receive complexity coefficients for their jobs, according to which the salary starting with the payment of the June salary will be increased from 4,900 to 6,200 denars.

This increase in salaries is a result of the activities of the SUTKOZ union, which in the past period worked for the workers, negotiated, filed reports, organized protests, which gave the desired result and with the acceptance of the proposal of SUTKOZ for the calculation of salaries according to the methodology of the average salary by the complexity coefficient of the jobs, salaries are increasing.

Unfortunately, despite the decision made by the Board of Directors of Parks and Greenery Skopje, employees of the companies Florakom and Luna have not yet received their salaries, although it was promised that this would happen at the same time as the employees of Parks and Greenery Skopje, so on Monday, SUTKOZ and the employees will decide on future steps for the protest and possible strike.

We point out to employers that there is still an opportunity to determine an increase in the salaries of all workers in the public sector until the local elections are called.
