Today's meeting of CCM Council

Today was held the Sixth Session of the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia. President Zivko Mitrevski, PhD explained to the Council members the contents of the Draft law on Mobbing and the need to enact a special law.

The proposed text of CCM, which will be submitted to the Economic and Social Council, gives answers to the most important questions about mobbing. The rights and responsibilities of workers and employers are covered, as well as the procedures, judicial protection, misdemeanour provisions and other components that fully cover the substance of mobbing.

On May Day, CCM officially launched the campaign for adopting a special law on mobbing.

The Council also discussed on CCM views and positions about the Law Amending the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance.
