Signed treaty on the lowest salary in agriculture sector

Today AGRO Trade Union and the Association of employers in the food industry in the Employers’ Organization of Macedonia has signed a Treaty on the determination of the calculated amount on coefficient unit (lowest salary) in the area of agriculture and food industry.

According to the Treaty the lowest salary equals 9.100 MKD in food industry while in agriculture 8.080 MKD, informed President of AGRO Trade Union, Mr. Zivko Danevski. The amounts are referring to seasonal employees, referring to total of 400.000 people in the country who live from agriculture. From the last Treaty in 2011, it represents an increase of 8%.
