Workers often face overtime without adequate pay, physically difficult conditions and insufficient protection at work, and a staggering 73.3% of workers receive wages below the average wage.
He also informed about the recent activities of the "yellow unions" and the direct incursions of these unions, managed by the ruling structures, on the membership of the Agro-Syndicate and other unions affiliated with the SSM, where, through blackmail and intimidation, Agro-Syndicate members were forced to join their unions.


At the meeting, common problems were detected, and plans were designed to overcome them from a trade union perspective.
In the coming period, international trade union centers will be directly informed about the situation related to workers' rights in Macedonia.
