MPS President Zoran Kuzmanovski elected Deputy Secretary General of the Council of European Police Unions CESP

Dear Sirs,

In the period from 1-2.10.2025 in Bucharest-Romania, the 12th CONGRESS OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPEAN POLICE UNIONS (CESP) was held, in which the delegation of the Macedonian Police Union, represented by the President of the MPS, Zoran Kuzmanoski and the Assistant to the General Sec, Evren Ademovski, participated as an equal member.

At the 12th Congress of the Council of European Police Unions (CESP), a new President, Secretary General and Deputy Secretaries General were elected.

In recognition of the achievements of the CESP so far, both domestically and internationally, a special honour was bestowed upon him and, by consensus, the President of the CESP, Zoran Kuzmanoski, was elected Deputy Secretary General of the CESP.

On behalf of all members of the Macedonian Police Union, we extend our sincere congratulations on your election to the high and important position of Deputy Secretary General of the Council of European Police Unions (CESP).

This election represents great recognition, not only for your personal dedication and commitment, but also for the Macedonian Police Union as a whole, as a result of our joint work, principled struggle and continuous efforts to protect the rights, dignity and interests of police officers.

Your appointment to this responsible position is proof of the reputation that the MPS enjoys not only in the country, but also at the international level. It is confirmation that the path we have traced together, of transparency, responsibility and solidarity, is recognised and appreciated even in the highest European trade union structures.

We are proud that through you, the voice of the Macedonian police officer will be heard and represented at the European level.

We wish you much success in carrying out your new position, and we believe that you will continue to affirm the role of the MPS as an active and respected actor in regional and European processes.
