STOP TO THE PRESSURE ON TRADE UNIONS
The President of the Trade Union in ZIK Pelagonija, Mendo Milevski, to be returned to work immediately!
The members of the Executive Board of the Trade Union Branch of ZK "Pelagonija" in Bitola, today held a warning protest in front of the administrative building of the company.
They demand payment of annual leave recourse for 2019 in accordance with the agreement from December last year, which committed the management to pay it by June 30 this year.
We demand the President of the union who was fired contrary to the Labor Law to be returned to work.
The President of the Agro Union of SSM, Zivko Danevski said that the managment of the company is obliged to pay annual leave recourse and return the President of the Union to work, because they are violating the Labor Law.
We fully supports the demands of the employees and we will defend their rights and interests by all means, said Danevski.
SSM condemns this act by the leadership of ZIK Pelagonija and is at the disposal of our colleagues from AGRO Trade Union and the Trade Union in ZIK Pelagonija.
