CCM has reported more than 100 employers who did not pay in full or paid in less amount the holiday recourse (K-15) to the workers for 2020. The filing, on behalf of the workers have been signed and submitted by the President of CCM in order to protect the workers from pressures and threats from the employers. WE demand responsibility and full application of Article 166 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code for all employers who violated this labor right on purpose. If necessary, we will demand responsibility from the competent inspectors and we will publish the documents we have at our disposal if all those who have violated this labor right are not sanctioned.
We remind that this is a serious crime: Violation of employment rights, Article 166 which is stipulated by law and is punishable accordingly with fines or prison up to 1 year.
