Today the President of CCM, Darko Dimovski had a working meeting with the President of the Government of N.Macedonia, Zoran Zaev. On this meeting the activities of CCM directed towards workers' rights protection in the previous period had been discussed with a special focus on the issues that have arisen and the need these issues to be regulated in the new Labor Law.
The participants in the meeting welcomed the progress of the social dialogue between the trade unions, the employers and the Government as the only driving force for increasing the economic prosperity and improving the quality of all citizens.
During the meeting it was also concluded that there is a will to improve the social dialogue from all parties, and the social dialogue had been raised to a high level in the past period in order to promote and protect workers' rights and provide greater social security in the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The representatives of CCM also presented the requests submitted by the workers to CCM and demanded their adequate incormporation in the legislation.
