At the request of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia and the Public Sector Unions affiliated in CCM, a meeting with the Minister of Information Society and Administration, Damjan Manchevski, was held in the headquarters of SSM on which the information from the 6th session of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia was discussed regarding the adopted text of the Collective Agreement, authorized to be signed by the Minister of Information Society and Administration, Damjan Manchevski.

Caption 2. Presidents of the trade unions affiliated to CCM from the Public Sector
The Presidents of the Trade Unions affiliated in CCM from the Public Sector informed the Minister of the dilemmas which the trade unions have coming from the information about the CA for which the Public Sector Unions had not been previously informed about since the sector envisaging the signing of the CA has several representative Unions.
At the same time, it was pointed out that the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia is the only representative trade union on the territory, both in public and private sector, and it has the representativeness of concluding a CA in the public and private sectors, so the Government and the relevant ministries need to take this into account.
The representatives of CCM asked the Government to indicate all institutions and state bodies responsible for the Government, ministries and municipalities which in their Collective Agreements do not have provisions for payment of annual leave recourse, as soon as possible, to establish this right by amending the Collective Agreements or concluding new Collective Agreements solely for the purpose of promoting the rights of all workers without exception thereby realizing the payment of the annual leave recourse by signing the GCA for the public sector.
We note that many trade unions have already envisaged the right to annual leave allowance in their collective agreements.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that at the request of the Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia, yesterday a working meeting between the President of CCM, Darko Dimovski, the Secretary of the Council of CCM, Zlatko Cvetkovski and the President of the Government, Oliver Spasovski and the Deputy of the Prime Minister in charge of economic affairs, Mila Carovska was held in the Government.
On the meeting the present discussed the need for signing the General Collective Agreement for Public Sector and establishing the right to annual leave recourse for all public sector employees without discrimination and disadvantage of one category of employees versus another category of employees. CCM recalled that they have drafted a text for the GCA for the public sector and initiated the re-establishment of a Commission that works on the text which has already held several meetings.
