Interview of President Dimovski on the demand for an increase of the minimum wage

The President of CCM, Darko Dimovski in an interview with Sitel Television emphasized that labor should be valued at a coefficient, according to the level of education and expertise. If the minimum wage grows, there will be an increase in other wages, so that workers will be able to meet at least their basic living needs.

"CCM demands an increase of the minimum wage which should not be less than 60% of the average salary in the country i.e. 15,110 denars. We also propose to a Wage Law to be adopted where the labor shall be valued according coefficients. The minimum, the lowest wage to follow the ratio and each worker to be paid according to the level of education, expertise, but also to follow the growth of the whole economy, the consumer basket and the average wage - said Darko Dimovski, President of CCM "- excerpt from the interview.
