The First Conference organized by the ILO and the Association for Labor and Social Law, held on 30.10.2019, was attended by the President of CCM, Darko Dimovski, the Secretary of the Council of CCM, Zlatko Cvetkovski and the Presidents of the Trade Unions affiliated in CCM.

The conference also discussed experiences from the implementation of several other laws, such as: the Labor Law, Law on Public Sector Employees, Law on Administrative Officers and Law on Social Protection, as well as experiences from countries in the region.
On this Conference, Slobodan Trendafilov, the Chief of the Cabinet, presented CCM's efforts in the preparation of the new Labor Law and as well as the draft text prepared by CCM which has already been submitted to the Social Partners.

CCM's suggestions and proposals for the new text of the Labor Law were positively welcomed by the participants. Besides CCM’s representatives, the Conference was also attended by Professors of the Law Faculty from the country and abroad, Presidents of KSS, EAM, BCM and representatives of MLSP.
